Refund Policy
Conditions applicable to cancellations, renewals, refunds, trials, subscriptions, extras and custom Venyo plans.
Last updated: 27 April 2026This document was prepared to cover the Venyo website, app, backoffice and client portal. It should be reviewed by the responsible legal entity before final publication, especially regarding company identification, address, tax number, complaints book and specific commercial conditions.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to subscriptions, plans, extras, trials, offers, coupons and digital services associated with Venyo, including the website, app, backoffice, client portal and venue-management features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific proposal or contract, Venyo is provided as a digital subscription service mainly for professional and business use.
2. Trials and evaluation periods
When a trial or evaluation period is available, the customer may test the platform during the indicated period without initial charge, unless a different commercial condition was accepted. Trial extensions or manual offers depend on Venyo approval.
3. Subscription cancellation
The customer may cancel through the billing portal when available, or by request to hello@venyo.app. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund periods already started, amounts already charged or service already made available.
4. Monthly, annual and extra charges
Monthly plan cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period unless otherwise stated. Annual plans usually include a commercial discount equivalent to free months, so early cancellation does not automatically generate a proportional refund.
Extras such as additional users or additional venues are charged according to the frequency and conditions shown at checkout, in the proposal or in the subscription area. Removing extras prevents or reduces future charges but does not automatically refund the active period.
5. When a refund may be considered
- confirmed duplicate charge or billing technical error;
- charge after a cancellation correctly completed before renewal;
- prolonged unavailability attributable to Venyo that materially prevents essential service use;
- clear error in plan, price or extra configuration;
- other cases reviewed individually by the Venyo team.
6. Usually non-refundable situations
- subscription periods already started and made available;
- annual plans cancelled early by customer decision;
- lack of platform usage during an active period;
- customer internal changes, team changes or change of commercial decision;
- issues caused by incorrect configuration, incomplete data, misuse or customer providers;
- custom services, onboarding, setup, consultancy or development already provided.
7. Custom plans and professional services
Custom plans, enterprise terms, onboarding, specific setup, migrations, integrations, consulting or additional development may have specific conditions in a proposal, contract or purchase order. Those written conditions prevail.
8. Mandatory consumer rights
Venyo is mainly directed at professional/business customers. Where applicable law treats the customer as a consumer and grants mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights will be respected under the law.
9. How to request cancellation or refund
Contact hello@venyo.app with company or venue name, account email, plan or subscription, date and amount charged, reason for the request and relevant evidence. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever technically possible.
