Terms and Conditions

Rules for accessing and using Venyo, including the website, app, backoffice, client portal, subscriptions, uploads and associated features.

Last updated: 27 April 2026

This document was prepared to cover the Venyo website, app, backoffice and client portal. It should be reviewed by the responsible legal entity before final publication, especially regarding company identification, address, tax number, complaints book and specific commercial conditions.

1. Identification and scope

These Terms govern the use of Venyo, including the public website, the app at id.venyo.app, the backoffice, the client portal, proposal, event, document, finance, instruction and subscription modules.

Venyo is provided by the commercial entity identified in proposals, contracts, invoices or commercial communications issued to the customer. For questions, contact hello@venyo.app.

2. Venyo service

Venyo is a SaaS platform for event venues. It centralizes requests, CRM, sales pipeline, proposals, approvals, events, timings, specs, documents, tasks, financial information, client portal, instructions and subscription management.

Some features may depend on the contracted plan, tenant configuration, user permissions, external integrations, technical limits or features under development.

3. Accounts, tenants and permissions

Each customer uses Venyo through a tenant or workspace. The tenant administrator is responsible for configuring the venue, users, permissions, documents, billing data, venue terms and team access.

Users must keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access. Venyo may suspend or limit access when there is a security risk, abuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Customer data and uploaded content

The customer retains ownership of data entered into the platform, including final-client data, contacts, leads, proposals, events, payments, documents, floor plans, files, notes and venue settings.

The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, upload, process and share that data in Venyo. Illegal, harmful, infringing or technically dangerous content is not allowed.

5. Proposals, client portal and venue terms

Venyo may support proposals, PDFs, approvals, payments, commercial terms, deposits, documents and venue-specific terms. The customer is responsible for reviewing its own terms, prices, taxes, payment conditions, cancellation policies and information sent to final clients.

6. Subscriptions, plans and payments

Access may depend on a paid plan, trial, manual license, commercial offer, coupon, custom plan or account extras such as additional users or additional venues.

Online payments may be processed through external providers, including Stripe Billing, Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal. Plan limits and extras may be reflected automatically in the user experience.

7. Availability and service changes

Venyo will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability, security and continuity. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, incidents, internet failures, hosting, payments, email, database or other technical providers.

Features may be changed, improved, reorganized or discontinued, provided the essential purpose of the contracted service is not materially removed without a reasonable alternative.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not access data, tenants, accounts or systems without authorization.
  • Do not bypass technical limits, permissions, subscriptions or security mechanisms.
  • Do not use the platform for spam, fraud, phishing, malware or illegal activity.
  • Do not reverse engineer, copy or misuse the software.
  • Do not enter false data or content that infringes third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property and liability

Venyo, the website, software, interfaces, brand, content, structure, design and documentation belong to their respective owners. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license while the contractual relationship is active.

Venyo is an operational management tool. The customer remains responsible for commercial, fiscal, legal, contractual and operational decisions made using the platform.

10. Suspension, termination and changes

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, non-payment, security risk, abusive use, legal order or customer request. These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes.
